The program is run by East Lothian Council and is designed to help young people aged 16-24 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET), as well as adults who are out of work and looking for employment.

In the second phase, participants are given access to a range of training opportunities, such as courses in customer service, hospitality, and construction. They are also given the opportunity to gain practical work experience through internships and work placements.
In the final phase, participants are helped to find employment. The program provides support in job searching, CV writing, and interview techniques. Participants are also given access to job fairs and other networking events.
